Hi Greta and all,
    Here's a draft of RI's 2018 survey. It's definitely not unwieldy, as I'm up to 28 questions myself. (Not all of the questions will be required though).
We pay for each library to have one children's performer and one teen performer (paid with LSTA funds), so I have to include a bunch of questions regarding attendance at these programs. I've added questions about school partnerships this year because I've had a lot of questions recently from our Dept. of Ed. and the Governor's Office regarding school/public library SRP collaboration. I also added a few more questions about CSLP materials so I can offer better input when it comes to proposed manual changes.

Hello summer reading friends,

I know that Connecticut shared their summer reading stats survey a while ago (thanks Linda!), and I'm wondering if anyone else has one they'd share with the group? I'd love to edit our very unwieldy 28 question survey into something much more manageable and meaningful for our libraries. Any examples of info you ask for would be helpful.
