*         15.20.00 Derivative Instruments

o    Proposed changes include updating links and updating paragraphs 124 and 126.

*         15.62.30 Debt Refunding

o    Proposed changes include updating links, updating paragraph 103, and modifying paragraphs 108 - 110 due to GASB Statement No. 65.
