[gis_info] Draft Oregon Water & Monitoring Well Data Standard available for review and comment

Version 1.0 of the Oregon Water & Monitoring Well Data Standard is
available for review and comment. This version reflects the work of
Water/Monitoring Well Standard workgroup as well as an initial review at
the 11/10/10 Standards Forum. Although still in the "Drafting Phase"
this document has now moved from a Proto Standard to a Draft Standard
and will soon receive review by GPL and FIT. Information about the
Standards development process is available at the second link below.

All are invited to comment during this period which will be open for 30
days and closes March 30th. Please address comments to Bob Harmon
(robert.c.harmon at wrd.state.or.us)
