REGISTER NOW: GIS FOR ACTIVISM CONFERENCE

The PSU GIS Club is putting on the 2022 GIS for Activism conference, taking
place in-person and remotely on May 23rd. The theme, ‘GIS for Activism’, is
an expansive topic encompassing a variety of undertakings, both local and
far-reaching, that help to push us towards a more just and equitable
society. This conference will be a free, single day event with registration
open to the public and will have food and refreshments available.

Speakers will be discussing a variety of topics including public housing,
libraries and data accessibility, traffic stress on pedestrians and
cyclists, and lessons learned from forming a mapping collective - and much
more! Come learn about these exciting projects and meet folks doing this
