This short article briefly explains why public libraries are moving towards outcome based evaluation (OBE) and links to four resources that may help libraries implement OBE. One of the resources is Impact Survey<https://impactsurvey.org/> which is a subscription fee-based resource, please remember that access to Impact Survey is free until 2017 through Project Outcome<https://www.projectoutcome.org/>. Free is a good price to try something out for a year!
