[Libs-Or] People for Oregon Librarian dead donation link: 12/14/23 update

Greetings:

As of today (12/14/23), the direct donation link from the PfOL PAC homepage
is still not working (at least not for me). Some of our colleagues say the
link from FB does work (but not the experience of everyone). If you want to
donate to PfOL PAC in 2023, here is a summary of suggestions so far:

1) For those of us who eschew FB or for whom the FB donation link fails:
Send a check payable to  “People for Oregon’s Libraries” and mail it to
Tess Milio, the OLA Lobbyist at:
People for Oregon Libraries PAC
P.O. Box 42307
Portland, OR 97242

2) You can link to the PfOL FB link from the homepage: People for Oregon
Libraries PAC: https://pfolpac.weebly.com/

3) Or link directly to PfOL PAC FB page:
https://www.facebook.com/PeopleforOregonLibrariesPAC

4) Maybe this direct(ish) donation link works for you, but I got a 404
screen (when tried from outside FB):
“I just tested the QR code on the Facebook page and it is working. Try this
url for now:
https://www.cesystems.tech/campaign/peoplefororegonlibraries”

(Personal note: In my former life as a public law librarian, OLA, the OLA
legislative committee, and the OLA lobbyist were sources of invaluable
information on legislative processes and advocacy, which is why I have
continued to support this PAC, which is eligible for a $50 Oregon tax
credit.)

Does anyone know if the People for Oregon Libraries (
https://pfolpac.weebly.com/) wants donations this year? The donation link
does not work (it shows up as a 404 error), at least today it didn't work.

As some of you know, donations to PFOL are eligible for an Oregon political
tax credit (better than a deduction!), up to $50 each year.
