Hello Margaret,

My interest in the Brown family is because my great-aunt Emma Annetta
Smith was the daughter of Francis Hannah Brown. Emma was a half-sister
to my grandfather, Corwin J. Smith. So the connection is not direct but
I like to gather information on peripheral lines. I have appreciated
the help you have given and similar help from others.

And about a Comer relationship? Sure, but not me. It is my husband who
descends from those Comers. Joseph Comer and Elizabeth Hussey are his
5xgreat-grandparents. His line descends through their son, Stephen.

My surnames: CRABTREE, POWELL, PRINE, PEEK,
HUDELSON/HUDDLESTON, RUTLEDGE, HAMILTON, DICKERSON, KITCHEL,
EMPSON, FLANARY, BOGGS, BEELER, PETRE, STALCOP, MUSGRAVE,
McDONALD/MacDONNELL and others too numerous to mention.

My husband's surnames: COMER, BARNUM, ROBINSON, HOLMES,
SHUGART, BOATRIGHT, ENSIGN

Anne Hudelson Comer
