Hi Les,

The Barnes family you posted is mine.  YEA!   Are you connected, and if so - 
how?

A couple of corrections if I may....I have the following, written by Eva (we 
have the family bible, etc.)
Children of Elisha and Susannah-----
George Washington Barnes - (Genevra Marks)  (sp?)
William Caswell Barnes (died single)
Elisha Franklin Barnes - (Mary L Hamilton)
Sarah Isabelle Barnes - (Samual Richardson)
James Morse (Mosey) Barnes (died single)
Susannah Evaline (Eva) Barnes - (Minor Lewis)   (my ggrandparents)
Rhoda Ann Barnes - Sylvester Belknap) 

I have some dates for the above - and the names of the next generation for 
all if anyone wants them.   

It's my understand from the information I obtained at the Prineville 
Historical Society and Museum that Wasco Cty at one time went all the way into what is 
now Wyoming, and I'm told Elisha was the first Justice of the Peace when 
Crook Cty was created.  Thanks for the info.  Every little bit helps, and every 
posting sheds a bit more light on who these people were and what they were like.
