[or-roots] Government Ration Stamps 1940s

Mother had an old radio that had been gutted and it was full of sugar and  
gas stamps, living on the farm as we did we had lots of butter to trade for  
sugar stamps and mother got gas stamps to drive 30 miles to McClellan AFB but  
she only drove 5 miles to Loomis where she took the government bus to  work.
