Cecil:  U.P is not too bad a place, mostly Single family homes.  UP is a "New " City created I thing about 9 years ago,  as was Lakewood WA.  We've lived here, off and on, for aabout 7 years.  Curtis Jr/Hi School nearby is rated as one of the best in the State.  Having Said that, we may be moving again within the next few month.
