Were they in the Army or some other branch?

I tried using this link and came up cold. I had four uncles
that served in the war and yet I could not find them here. What do you
think I am doing wrong?

ancestry.com may not have World War II cards, but they do have,

US World War II Army Enlistment Records, 1938-1946
<http://www.ancestry.com/search/db.aspx?dbid=8939> - New!

Also, at ancestry. com I found excellent World War II information on my
father in newspaper articles where he lived, which for him was Walla
Walla, WA. Walla Walla Union Bulletin Newspaper (1945) which was really
neat. I even read all the locations he served in the war, all the medals
he got, even the date he was discharged from the Marines.

I f you know about where they lived at the time, the dates, if there
names comes up click & see what it reads, it may not be them but just go
to the next name.

The draft cards are for WW ONE, not World War II. Denise

This is my first question since signing up. Are copies of Draft Cards
available for individuals who registered for the draft in the early
1940's? I had tree brothers who probably had to register prior to or
early in the 1940's.
