When looking at this page
http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/oregon/index.htm remember these are
the tribes known to Swanton when he wrote the book. You can get a lot of
clues from this book, but you will still need to do more research on the
tribe for additional information on the regions of Oregon.

You can also look here http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/tribes/ for
additional information on the tribes listed. Native Races
http://www.accessgenealogy.com/native/races/index.htm will also provide
more information on tribes.

Presently we do not have a good selection of books on the Indians of the
Pacific Northwest, but we are working on it every day.

Thanks
Judy
