I used to Volunteer at OHS you can do either, but it costs a lot more to have them mail it then it would be to go in, with the budget cutbacks I am not sure what the hours are for the research library anymore, they lost a lot of there staff etc., so it would be a good idea to call them and find out when the research library is open.
