Hello Everyone,

I wanted to let you all know about the upcoming Lithics Identification
Workshop, hosted by the Association of Oregon Archaeologists. The workshop
will be held at the UO Museum on May 1 and will feature:

• An overview of lithic technology and manufacturing techniques

• Demonstrations (reduction techniques) and attribute analysis

• Discussion on Primitive Skills and Tribal Perspectives

• Hands on small group work

I have attached a flyer with additional information. There are only 60
available spots, so pre-registration is required. To register please contact
Carolyn McAleer at *carolynmcaleer at yahoo.com* or (541) 912-0778. If you have
any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Thank you,
Sarah
