Orbits and PICS Users

Just a reminder as we are getting back into Citrix and ORBITS, if you need into the Orbits system or have your password reset please e-mail denver.peterson at oregon.gov<mailto:denver.peterson at oregon.gov>  or Orbits.help at oregon.gov<mailto:Orbits.help at oregon.gov> I am also including the DAS password standards.

Mainframe login: PICS, PPDB, Web reporting (PICS & PPDB) also PLE and Vacancy saving (Quarterly Web Report<https://dasapp.state.or.us/BAMVacancyReporting/Default.aspx>) use the same password.

To reset your Mainframe password – You will need to e-mail (DAS.RACFUserAdm at oregon.gov<mailto:DAS.RACFUserAdm at oregon.gov> )

Datamart Login: (PICS/PPDB/SFMS/OSPA)

Datamart password reset you will need to e-mail: (tsc.helpdesk at oregon.gov<mailto:tsc.helpdesk at oregon.gov> ) or (datamart.support at oregon.gov<mailto:datamart.support at oregon.gov> )

Budget EXEC = the four bolded Budget Execution reports are in a .PDF format.   These reports are overwritten at the end of each month.  However, SABRS will periodically save and archive key reports for future use.

Budget PREP = these reports are the standard PICS reports used during budget prep.  These on-line, .PDF formatted reports are updated nightly during the budget prep cycle.  There is not an immediate update capability to these reports.  Hard-copy reports will still be available on request.  No change there, but we thought it might be useful for you to have access to prep reports on-demand.
