Baker County Receives Boating Facility Grant

Baker County was awarded a boating facility grant from the Marine Board
at their quarterly meeting in Salem on April 28.
	
The county applied for, and received, a grant to replace the existing
self-adjusting boarding floats at the public ramp in Hewitt Park on
Brownlee Reservoir.  The Board approved $27,500 in state boater funds
combined with $5,000 of in-kind contributions for a project total of
$32,500.
