[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

We have found that the information on the W-2 envelopes was incorrect
(7985E, 7510ES) do not fit our W-2's.  The correct envelope is the same
as in the past (DW4-ALT).  Sorry for the inconvenience this may have
created.
