We are forwarding this message on behalf of PEBB.

 

For Payroll staff, just a reminder - if at all possible, try to make the
December PEBB changes you know about before December 27, final cutoff
for run 1. Adjustments made between run 1 and run 2 may create vendor
negatives.

 

As a heads up, PEBB staff members will be at the January 19 OSPS Users'
Forum to answer questions and give updates.

This Agency Update gives you important information on Board action
related to the Tobacco-use Program in 2012, extension of the deadline
for corrections of Open Enrollment errors, and other administrative
guidance on PEBB benefits.

You'll receive the next Agency Update from PEBB Deputy Administrator
Kathy Loretz, as I will be moving on to another challenging position in
health care in the New Year. The Board will be working with the Oregon
Health Authority to fill the vacancy.

It has been a pleasure working with all of you during the last four and
a half years. I am so impressed with the level of commitment and caring
you show in your efforts to ensure state and university employees have a
high quality plan of benefits that are affordable to the state and the
employees.
