OSPS E-News ~ TDNN Deduction Code Changes

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Starting at 3:00 PM today (July 19), OSPS will be making changes to the
TDNN SEIU #503 Issues deduction code. In order to differentiate between
represented members and represented fair share employees, we will be
adding plan codes 111 (dues) and 112 (fair share) to the PTD2 Payroll
Deduction Table screen for the TDNN. We will then run a program to
automatically assign one of these plan codes to the existing OSPA TDNN
deductions.

 

If you have SEIU fair share deductions, please have them entered before
3:00 PM today.  After that time we request that you do not enter any
TDNN deductions.  Beginning Wednesday, July 20th, you will need to use
the appropriate plan code when entering a TDNN SEIU Issues deduction in
OSPA.
