[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

If you are interested in attending the Frequently Used Screens in OSPA

by Friday, April 6. The class will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on
Wednesday, April 11 in the Mt. Hood Room, basement, General Services
Building, 1225 Ferry St. SE, Salem.

 

This is a hands-on, inquiry only, class held in a computer lab. Students
need to have a current OSPA userid and password. Within the context of
job status, time and attendance, PEBB, PERS and payroll taxes, we will
explore the following screens: PTB1, PTB2, PTD1, PTD2, PTD3, PTW1, P001
to P007, P010, P030, P032, P160 and P430.

 

As a reminder, SCD charges a $50.00 fee when a student is registered for
an OSPS class conducted in a computer lab and does not cancel 48 hours
prior to the class or send a substitute.
