OSPS E-News ~ Post Tax Plan code for Basic Life

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Now that employees are self paying their PEBB insurances Post Tax plan
codes must be used when forcing premiums.  There now is a plan code SLNN
101 that is the Post Tax Plan code for Basic Life.  All other PEBB
deductions already have the post tax plan codes.  Just remember if the
employee is self paying their insurance it cannot be a pretax deduction.
If you received the XREF68N-C report (Employees with Negative Amounts),
you will need to clear those negatives by changing plan codes to post
tax and setting corrective for December.  If you have any questions you
