[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good Afternoon Agency Payroll Staff,

We are going to cancel the OSPS Users' Forum scheduled for November 2, 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

We have heard from several of you that payroll offices are just swamped with PEBB open enrollment and other activities. We do not want to add to the stress.

We looked at the November calendar and decided that with holidays and furlough, there is not a good time to reschedule. So, early next week, we will send out a brief document that highlights the important dates and things to remember for yearend. We know there are several new payroll staff members and that we only do these things once a year, please call (503 378 6777, option zero) or e-mail (OSPS.Help at das.state.or.us<mailto:OSPS.Help at das.state.or.us> ) the OSPS Help Desk if you have questions or doubts about entries at yearend -- prior to taking action in OSPA, please.
