[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Agency Payroll and Accounting Staff,

Payroll System Support currently has two recruitments posted. Please consider joining our team or sharing the information with someone you think might be interested.

One position is  an Operations and Policy Analyst 1, Help Desk Analyst. This position will be a third person to provide help desk support to agency payroll. There may be opportunities for such learning opportunities as revising processes and procedures, testing OSPA, or making web updates. The recruitment closes November 13. http://tinyurl.com/bj2kezp

The second position is a Training and Development Specialist 2. This position will be developing and presenting training for our two statewide initiatives - electronic paystubs and web-based time and attendance. Currently, the electronic paystubs are scheduled to pilot in February and March 2013 with a roll out statewide starting in April 2013. The recruitment closes November 14. http://tinyurl.com/as2ozn4
