[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Happy Monday!

Just a reminder, if you are planning to attend the Problem-Solving with the Payroll Register class and have not yet registered, please do so by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 15.

The class will be Wednesday, October 17 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in the TC3 Conference Room, Executive Building, 3rd Floor, 155 Cottage St. NE, Salem.


This will be an informal, seminar-style class. Students receive packets that include registers and applicable screen prints. We will use them to verify payroll calculations, research history, and plan adjusting entries.



The on-line class Reading the OSPA Payroll Register<https://ilearn.oregon.gov/KView/CustomCodeBehind/Base/LinkingRouter.aspx?strDLItemId=5317881E3DBE4ADC94431C26A25FCCE3> is a required pre-requisite.  The class takes about an hour to complete. Toward the end of this week, I will begin confirming that registered students have completed it.
Register for the Problem Solving class and complete the on-line class in iLearnOregon<https://ilearn.oregon.gov/Kview/CustomCodeBehind/Base/Login/Login.aspx>. In the Course Catalog, query for OSPS to access both classes.
