[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

The ePaystub login page for the employee website was updated last night (see attached or go to the website.)  Besides the message regarding Memorial Day, there are a couple of changes made to the left margin.


*         "Need help registering?  Click here!"  The quick start guide has been changed to coincide with the recommendations OSPS has when setting up new direct deposit users.  Instead of sending them to the registration login screen with a payment number, payroll staff should be sending them a temporary password and directing them to the login screen.

*         The auto-generated emails have been updated too.  These now direct employees to go to the login page to use the temporary password.

*         "Questions?  Contact your agency payroll office"  This link takes an employee to the Agency Payroll Site webpage.

Finally, ePaystub has been up and running for a year since we first started with the pilot group from DAS.  All current employee's who have received a paycheck starting on 5/01/2013, and is enrolled in ePaystub, will see there are 13 months of paystubs displayed on the website.  Beginning with the 5/30/2014 pay date employees may start noticing the oldest paystubs falling off.  This is to stay in compliance with the charter for ePaystub which said the website will display 13 months of paystubs.
