[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

I have attached the agenda.  This forum will primarily involve an overview and training on ePayroll Version 3.0.  Changes include a revamped payroll administrator site, the addition of new roles within time groups, new options for employees on job rotations and the addition of a submit button for timesheets.  Agencies who only use ePayroll for electronic paystubs are still encouraged to attend to understand the changes they will see when this is rolled out. Our current timeline is to update ePayroll to the new version in mid-August.
