Good afternoon everyone,

In preparing for employees telecommuting and possible building closure, OSPS is implementing the following changes:

Effective 3/27/20 until further notice.

Reminder: FAXES will not be processed, only information sent via email will be processed !


1.        Please send all documents, questions and correspondence via email

2.        The OSPS helpdesk phone and fax will not be monitored.  If you need assistance via phone, please email the helpdesk to call you.

3.       The daily manual check request cutoff time has been changed to 11:00am until further notice.

4.       Our new hours will be from 8:00am - 5:00pm closed from 12:00-1:00 for lunch.

5.       OSPS will email the daily ACH Reject report to agency payroll managers and/or lead workers as an encrypted pdf file.  The password to open the file will be "OSPSHELP"; all uppercase, no quotes.

6.       Agencies submitting ACH Stops need to submit the forms by email to the OSPS Helpdesk at OSPS.HELP at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.HELP at oregon.gov> listing only the last 4 digits of the account number.  Do not email a form with the full account number!
