OSPS E-News ~ shutting down Old OSPS inbox

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,

We no longer have a use for the old inbox (osps.help at das.oregon.gov<mailto:osps.help at das.oregon.gov>) because legacy system questions are very rare now.  The few that we do get can be funneled through the new email inbox (osps.workday at das.oregon.gov<mailto:osps.workday at das.oregon.gov>) or as a case within Workday.

If by accident, you do use that old inbox for workday payroll questions, please note that we will only be monitoring that on an irregular basis and it may be a while before we notice that email. The mailbox will be permanently shut down effective April 3, 2023.
