Living Well With Diabetes in Southern Oregon - Central Point


We are pleased to announce Diabetes Leader Training for those interested in facilitating Living Well with Diabetes Self Management workshops: Attendance at all 4 days is required.

February 11, 12, 19 and 20, 2015 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Priority will be given to train leaders who have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or are close with someone with diabetes.



There will be a charge for all Leader Trainings and Cross Trainings.  Some scholarships are available.  We ask for leaders to commit to one workshop facilitation per yearly certification period.
