[Self-Management_OR] Master Wisdom Warrior Training Opportunity - June

Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center in partnership with Northwest Regional Council will be hosting a Master Wisdom Warrior Training in June.  The training will certify individuals to train Lay Leaders in the Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.  The training will be held at Tamastslikt Cultural Institute, June 12th - 16th, 2017 from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm in the Theatre room.   Registration is $500.  Registration will be waived for all Oregon, Washington and Idaho Tribes.  Each trainee will receive a master trainers manual, leaders manual, copy of workshop textbook and audio cd's.   Please consider, two trained individuals are required to implement this program and training.
